Hi guys, i'm Javiera Acuña, i'm 20 years old, i study Biochemistry in University of Chile, i live in Pirque.
Some things about me, i have a little niece and i love to make her laugh. When i'm bored, i knit in crochet or go with my dog Keyla and play with her.

The reason why i want to be a biochemistry

Good afternoon guys, when I was little, my father had an accident so he was in the house all the time. We watched TV a lot hour📺, was in that moment when I started to see the serie “CSI”. That serie was the first step to my decision, I wanted to be like those scientists, I wanted work in those labs and help to resolve crimes. My dad helped me and told me that the best option was to study in the School of PDI, with the years we gone to the School and I was disappointed because that isn´t the way for what I wanted. One day I asked to my chemistry’ teacher in the school what career I could study for to be that kind of scientist and it was then told me the best option was Biochemistry, I started studying and learning and was the best option for work in criminalistics. The first time I did the PSU, I postulated to Biochemistry in Pontificia Universidad Católica and in Universidad de Chile but I didn’t reach the score, however the second time I entered to Universidad de Chile.
